  32. This CD also provides a convenient way to view the most
  33. frequently accessed IRIX 6.5.2 documentation from:

  40. There are 6 convenient tools provided for easy
  41. access to your documentation:

  48.   % ./CDrelnotes eoe 1   # show section 1 of the Irix 6.5
  49.                          # "eoe" release note
  50.   % ./CDman csh          # show the man page for "csh"
  51.   % ./CDgrelnotes        # starts the grelnotes viewer
  52.   % ./CDinsight          # starts the InSight book viewer 
  53.   % ./CDinfosearch       # shows instructions for using this
  54.                          # CD to run InfoSearch
  55.   % ./CDsgihelp          # ditto for using SGIhelp
  56.  
  57. All of these tools will run on releases before IRIX 6.5,
  58. except for InfoSearch.  For InfoSearch you will need to
  59. be running IRIX 6.5 to use this CD.

  69. This documentation is designed to be read directly off
  70. this CD.

  72. If you want to install the books, relnotes, or man pages,
  73. you should do so directly from the product CDs (e.g. IRIX
  74. 6.5 Foundation 1, IRIX 6.5 Applications, etc).  All of
  75. the documentation on this Base Documentation CD is also 
  76. included on those CDs, (although it must be installed first.)
